Due to the nature of our catalog materials, all purchases from Moon Peptides are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research, analytical, or reference use only. These materials are storage-sensitive and require controlled handling and documented chain of custody. Once a shipment leaves our facility, we cannot verify handling conditions such as temperature exposure, storage methods, seal integrity, or post-delivery custody. For this reason, returned products cannot be accepted back into inventory.
Why returns are not accepted
To protect catalog integrity, lot traceability, and documentation standards, we do not accept returns for any reason, including:
- Product handling outside our control after delivery
- Unknown storage conditions or temperature exposure
- Risk of contamination, tampering, or compromised packaging
- Lot integrity and traceability standards for laboratory research materials
Exceptions for verified order issues
While returns are not accepted, we will review verified order issues caused by Moon Peptides or the carrier. If your order arrives with a documented issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include the following in your message:
- Order number
- Catalog material name
- Clear photos of the package, shipping label, and item or items received
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion. We do not accept returned product back into inventory.
Shipping and delivery notes
Address accuracy is the customer's responsibility. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund. If a package is returned to us, we may offer reshipment at the customer's expense.
If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, we will assist with carrier claim steps where possible. Moon Peptides is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after confirmed delivery.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to correct an address or modify an order, contact us immediately after purchase. Once an order is processing or has shipped, changes and cancellations are not possible.
